The North American Natural Treasures (7/21)

Dieter Moor's travel route to the North American Wild West starts in the Rocky Mountains in Canada's West and heads across the Great Plains to the Rio Grande, the Yosemite National Park and finally reaches the Grand Canyon. The journey leads through mountains and crosses rivers and canyons which tell numerous stories about the earth's history, the ancient peoples, about pioneering spirit and the fragile state of the world. All destinations are labelled as world natural heritage, resp. world cultural heritage by the UNESCO.
