The Dinner Club

Karen and Michel, in their thirties and successful, move to an exclusive residential neighbourhood with their daughter. Soon Karen joins up with the Dinner Club, an inner circle of lady friends and their spouses.

The death of one of them, apparently by suicide, places their interrelations under strain, and before long Karen finds out that each and everyone within the Dinner Club is holding secrets for her, as well as for one another. Karen discovers that especially Simon knows more than he is prepared to talk about. Simon is the natural born leader of the club, with whom Karen happens to have started a passionate love affair. The secretiveness of the Dinner Club seems to cause even police investigations to reach a deadlock. That's when Karen decides that she herself must try to reveal the truth?
