Shatterhands cousin, evil Rudolf, turns up in Wild West, what causes a lot of confusion, for that he looks like a twin version of Shatterhand. Even Winntou, Shatterhands bloodbrother gets tricked and can not difference these two. Winnetou gets hurt in a fight with Rudolf, looses his faith in so identified "Shatterhand" and splits up the friendship to him on this mistake. Rudolfs intention is to get rid of Shatterhand and Herrn Maurer, a lawyer. Herr Maurer has been travelled to the Wild West to inform Shatterhand about a heritage of Rudolfs father, he is supposed to receive, instead of Rudolf. Rudolf can not accept the fact, that his father advantages Shatterhand and gets in company with Santer and his two Crownies. Nsch-Tschi succeeds in the very last minute to explain and persuade Winntou to help Shatterhand.
