Sint Maarten, Anguilla und Saba sind drei Karibikinseln, oder genauer gesagt, kleine Antillen-Inseln, wie sie unterschiedlicher nicht sein könnten: Sint Maarten beziehungsweise Saint Martin ist die Partyinsel der Karibik, Anguilla ist die ruhige Trauminsel mit einsamen, kilometerlangen weißen Stränden, und das grüne Saba ist das Tauch- und Naturparadies. Sie sind alle drei nur wenige Kilometer voneinander entfernt und bieten so perfektes Karibikfeeling in allen Variationen. Sint Maarten ist mit nur 93 Quadratkilometern weltweit das kleinste Territorium, das von zwei Staaten verwaltet wird. Der Film stellt die drei Inseln und ihre Bewohner vor, darunter Jan Thoelke, Sohn des Showmasters Wim Thoelke, die Autorin Deita Mullen von Guavaberry Liquor und den Maler Antoine Chapon. Außerdem zeigt sie die vielen Traumstrände und den größten Jachthafen der Karibik und trifft den erfolgreichen Immobilienmakler Dieter Schädel.
