Architecture of a Murder (10/12)

Star architect Sofia, who owns a major architectural firm, asks her old friend, district attorney Scheer, for help: Her assistant has disappeared. Scheer passes the case on to detectives Sänger and Dellwo, who are less than thrilled. Missing persons aren't really their brief. While they are first reluctant to take the case, they soon grow ever more intrigued by the world Sofia lives in, so very different from their own. She has pulled herself up by her bootstraps and carved out her own architectural business, dedicating herself wholly to her career, while volunteering for women's support groups on the side. While she's at work, her husband Holger runs the household, raising the kids and keeping house. Her staff admires her. Her whole life seems perfect. Maybe too perfect. The further the two detectives dig, the more cracks appear in the seamless façade. The investigators start to wonder whether Sofia is really that attached to her assistant - or whether she isn't actually relieved she's gone??
