A Loveable Seal

Thomas spends the summer holidays with his two children Nele and Moritz at the Baltic Sea. His new girlfriend Sabine comes with them. After the death of his wife two years ago, Thomas has high hopes for another happy family. But Nele and Moritz  are reluctant to accept Sabine - and they let her know this.  And Sabine, for her part, is not exactly thrilled by her role as "substitute mother". But the holiday takes an unexpected turn - not least due to Anne, a fisherwoman, and her loveable seal William, who the holiday-makers get to know on their very first day. The children are immediately thrilled by the two of them. William, in particular, is the cause of much commotion - and brings Thomas and Anne much too close for comfort...
