"Beware Of Wild Dogs!" - How Dangerous Are Dingos? (102/268)

At one time the island was a paradise: K'gari, off the east coast of Australia. The Aborigines, the indigenous inhabitants of Australia, believe that the island was created millions of years ago by a divine envoy of the god Beiral. Yet they were the ones who actually brought the dingos to K'gari thousands of years ago. And they still live here, the last 200 pure-bred dingos in the world. K'gari is now called Fraser Island, and thousands of tourists visit the National Park every year, mainly with intention of being as close as possible to the dogs and to take many photos. Yet they are wild animals, and thus mishaps do take place. The film describes the island and its inhabitants from creation to the expulsion from Paradise. And it makes a statement - for the government has now decreed that dingos are to be shot in the National Park.
