Five inmates escape from a prison at the same time. They are considered armed and dangerous. It seems that three of them are trying to cross the border but the other two, an old habitual criminal and a young novice, have surprising plans. Their actions in freedom seem random and irrational. The team struggles to find a motive for their escape. Meanwhile Tommi notices that Karita has difficulties concentrating on the case, and relays his concerns to Karita’s boss Ritola.
