At the upcoming garden party, caterpillar Amanda is eager to serve her latest treat. But she needs mint for the recipe - and there is none left in the garden. Off she goes to the Cookiebrite’s bakery and nicks herself a beautiful mint leaf. On her way back, though, she cannot resist trying the freshly baked chocolate tartlets and promptly gets stuck in one. Even Petronella can't get Amanda out. Things get risky when this tartlet is served to hungry Mrs. Sander! The twins and their friends nearly fail at rescuing Amanda – until at the very last moment little mouse Hilda courageously throws herself between Mrs Sander and Amanda and saves her best friend.
