Final Move (5/6)

In exquisitely bizarre surroundings Fabio and Erika solve their first homicide without any interference from Luc. Picking up the body of Rosy, the owner of a labyrinth-like second hand store they come upon the mumified body of a man, stabbed to death almost a quarter of a century ago. Who committed the murder? Was it Aldo, Rosy's boyfriend? Or her son Jonathan, a chess pro - both excentric and brilliant? And what does the dead woman's business partner Lilly know about the crime? Doerig has some trouble keeping it professional - due to charming Lilly's flirtatious behaviour during the interrogation.

Horrified Anna-Maria realizes that the fugitive criminal mastermind is Sebastian, the man she has almost fallen for not long ago. And Luc finally manages to identify the dead woman with the missing heart. It is Melanie Burgmüller. Sebastian Lötscher fathered her daughter. Soon after her birth the child died violently - Sebastian was held responsible and convicted to a ten year prison sentence. Now he seeks revenge. Back then Luc was the detective in charge, witness for the prosecution was a certain Judith Luginbühl.

Luc is absolutely sure: Judith will be Sebastian's next victim. But as usual the criminal is one step ahead. By kidnapping Judith's daughter Céline, he wants to force a momentous confession out of the woman, who brought him to jail.
