Ron Rosenbaum, a young Jew born in Germany, lives in Frankfurt. He has a 14-year-old son who lives with his mother Yael Allon, an attractive woman who runs a travel agency in Tel Aviv. Ron never married Yael, and they split up when she did not want to go with him to Germany. In Frankfurt Ron found his new lover Ingrid, a high school teacher. His Jewish family, however, does not approve his new affair. Ron travels to Tel Aviv to straighten out his life, but he cannot get his mind set on neither of the two worlds nor women. Only after something terrible happens to Yael, he decides to take his son to Germany ...
