No doubt, Christoph really is a brilliant salesman. But does Lolle really have to wrap all the comics in foil and even wear rubber gloves as she does so? Does Lolle have to allow Christoph to throw out children who just want to browse through a comic without buying anything? Was Lenny maybe right when he said that a shop needs a heart too? Lolle gets more fed up with Christoph every day ?Vero won't give up. She decides to visit Silvia and have a talk with her. But instead of opening the door, Silvia takes some pills with a gulp of water from the bottle. Vero observes this through the window and leaps to the conclusion that Silvia wants to kill herself. She asks two policemen for help. When they try to break down the door, Silvia tells them that Vero is stalking her. Silvia is promptly taken into custody, and Sven has to ask Silvia to drop charges against her. When Vero returns to the flat shehatches a final plan to help Silvia.
