A prostitute has become infected with HIV and in her distress is ignored by her pimp. In revenge she attacks him and a client in order to infect them both. The client is a senior politician and our team is ordered to end the hostage taking before the press finds out - even if the hostage taker's life is endangered. But Nina disobeys the order.
