The fashion consultant Juliane is a successful business woman. Together with her boyfriend René she owns an exclusive salon, which he uses as a gallery to exhibit paintings. Everything seems perfect, until she meets René's picture-framer Johannes, who doesn't quite fit Juliane's image of a man. After some misunderstandings, they are attracted to each other and spend a romantic night together. Juliane can't decide between the two men and distances herself from Johannes. But she's also sure that René is not the right man for her either. She leaves him and returns to Johannes full of expectations. But Juliane is rejected by him. Even worse: René threatens her with financial ruin, for by losing her boy friend, she has also lost her business partner. But the spunky woman doesn't lose her courage so fast - with borrowed cash and a new concept the salon is opened again. But before her business success can carry over to her private life, some hurdles have to be leaped.
