Meet the Genie

When troublemaking genie-in-a-bottle Eddie is freed by hotel maid Paula, his task is to grant her five wishes - without the use of magic...!   Genie Eddie is really a good guy at heart. Unfortunately he has a tendency to bend genie rules, and is banished into his lantern by the High Council of Spirits for it. Young hotel staffer Paula accidentally frees him, putting Eddie on the spot: He has to grant her five wishes - which proves quite a challenge because Paula at first thinks he's a crazy stalker. Only when she realizes that Eddie indeed is her own real live genie does a whole new set of problems and conflicts begin for her. And then Eddie's genie boss, the French spirit Didier, reveals to him his punishment is to fulfil Paula's wishes without the use of magic. A seemingly impossible task...
