A fox, a hound? and a cat? It sounds like a Disney cartoon, but this adventurous trio is real, and together they introduce us to the wildlife of the Bohemian Forest. The Bohemian Forest is home to a wide range of endangered wildlife, from otters to black storks to lynx. This documentary introduces us to the wild world of the woods from an unusual point of view: The dog Matla, the cat Anne and a fox that had been brought to the ranger in spring have become best buddies and go traipsing off through the forest together. The ranger isn't worried about their excursions, since dog Matla always brings them home safely together. The film crew accompanied them on their adventures for almost a year.
