A 19-year old is found murdered in his cell in a juvenile detention center. In addition, eight of his toenails had been removed. Another inmate had been mistreated in this way, but he survived - and is refusing to speak?
At the morning wake-up call, 19-year old Mustafa Zeydan is found dead in his cell. Frank Steier and Conny Mey are permitted to investigate the course of events, but how did the murderer get in after lockdown and get out again?
The investigation is made all the more difficult by the unbreakable silence of the other inmates. The investigators learn from a social worker that there had been a huge confrontation the evening of the murder between the inmates and the guards. Is there a link to the murder and if so, what do the guards have to do with it?
