Butcher Ruedi Latz is hanging upside down in a boiling vat. The dead man's face has been boiled beyond recognition. The obvious primary suspect is the German doctor Norbert Fassbender, who was shamelessly courting the fetching butcher's wife Elsbeth and unscrupulously eliminated her husband Ruedi. The murderous doctor has disappeared without a trace. Because Anna-Maria is busy with federal agent Pedro to locate the men behind the illegal organ trafficking, Reto consults with the funeral director in his investigation.
