A journalist has many enemies. This does not make the work of commissioners Beissl and Paulsen any easier when they have to solve the death of Georg Reitinger. The editor-in-chief of the local daily newspaper had recently made an environmental scandal public. Is that why he was pushed off a bridge? The trainee Sissi Fischer reports anonymous calls and threats. The investigators find unexpected help and competition in Jerry's girlfriend Johanna, who owes her job to Reitinger. The investigation picks up new speed when it becomes clear that Reitinger has not only made friends with his regional blog as a gastro-critic. His last crushing, but unfinished, review forces Beissl and Jerry to go on a tour de force through Berchtesgaden's upscale restaurants that is well worth seeing - with a surprising outcome.
