Eden suspects that the hijackers are counting on the plane to be shot down and pleads with Bruce to get his superiors to reconsider. At the last second, he averts a disaster, but the danger is not over when it turns out that the hijackers have Karim's family. While Alex desperately searches for the family, it becomes clear that Eden*s past is the reason for the hijacking. The Swedish citizen Adam Lind was extradited to the USA in 2014, and when Fredrika finds his former girlfriend, it is Lydia, a flight attendant on board the plane. Before Alex has time to warn Erik, who is trying to prevent a riot among the passengers, Lydia has made it to Karim in the cockpit.
