Felix climbs into Ella’s room and together they use the walkman to listen to Marijke. Back in 1989, Marijke suddenly is starting to feel very sick and on top of that has a severe nosebleed. Grandma Jos is incredibly worried. When she asks whether Marijke has been to EternoFarma, Marijke denies it, but Felix and Ella know better. Marijke must have been terrified of EternoFarma!
Whatever was making Felix’ mom sick she was too scared to talk about it. Felix wants to find out exactly what EternoFarma was up to. Ella, to Sammy’s dismay, smoothly manages to get them an official appointment at the factory headquarters. They will pretend to make a video for a fake science channel on YouTube. Felix is very disappointed when Ella doesn’t show up to execute the plan, but Dylan has tricked her into believing she’s grounded for having Felix over. While Noor and Sammy fully commit to their roles as YouTubers, Felix picks up an interesting conversation with his walkman. To keep listening, however, he needs to enter Patricia’s office. There, Felix nearly gets caught by his own dad but manages to hide under Patricia’s desk. With his walkman, he listens to the former CEO, Robert, who talks to a certain Theo about a large sum of money that is to be paid to someone to “make this all go away”. Felix is shocked. Was EternoFarma paying hush money
Meanwhile, Patricia is urged on by her sister to ask Thomas out on a date. She tries to do so, clumsily, and fails. When she takes a seat at her desk, she discovers Felix. She pulls the walkman off of his head and calls for security. Felix escapes together with Sammy and Noor, but immediately discovers that he has lost the walkman.
