Nicky "borrows" Louis’ skateboard without asking – and even accidentally breaks it. Louis is angry, why does Nicky always behave like a little child?! This touches a sore spot for Nicky. He is tired of always being the smallest! Without further ado, Nicky grabs the twins' magic seeds, shakes them and grows to human size – only to be discovered by Leah and Louis’ mother the very next moment. Quick-wittedly, Leah and Louis manage to pass Nicky off as their new classmate – for the moment. Petronella and the twins do all they can to convince the wild gnome to become small again, but Nicky doesn’t waste a single thought on it! Only when Nicky realises that being big means that you can’t hide from responsibility, he suddenly find himself in a hurry to change back.
