After his predecessor turned off a majority of voters due to a juicy scandal, the new State Parliamentarian Alfons Zischl is working to get his electoral district back on track. Yet his attempt to rescue the jobs at an ailing firm blows up in his face. The company turns out to be a dubious armaments factory and the machinations of its owners draw Zischl into his next political scandal. Zischl does everything in his power to make a clean break with them, but he ends up entangled in a full-blown conspiracy that ultimately leads to a shoot-out that ends tragically: with an attack on the governor of Bavaria…
