Luc gets a package with a human heart - another piece in the morbid puzzle he is confronted with and of which someone wants him to make a part of. Where is the missing body to the heart? Luc, Anna-Maria and Doerig set out on a quest across the entire Canton. From the Muri monastery, where the Habsburgians buried their dead to the most mysterious place the Aargau has to offer. During this odyssee Luc realizes that a personal tragedy is behind the master criminals undertakings. But why on earth is Luc made a part of it.

Having been shown an allegedly current picture of his lost daughter Tobias Hefti is willing to do anything Sebastian asks him to. Will Luc still be able to convince Tobias to cooperate with him? Unsuspecting Anna-Maria puts herself in danger when she agrees to meet Sebastian in private. Will she realize, who she has in front of her, before it is too late.

No matter whether a major manhunt is taking place or not, life goes on in the Conrad funeral home. Erika organizes a party, to celebrate Fabio's funeral degree.
